摘要
以Keggin型结构的浓杂多酸水溶液为催化剂,由混合碳四、抽余碳四中的异丁烯直接水合制叔丁醇。通过对异丁烯催化水合反应中各影响因素的研究,获得了以高浓度杂多酸水溶液为催化剂、在连续逆流多级反应器中反应及较优化条件下,使异丁烯的转化率与叔丁醇的选择性均达到99.5%以上。该过程是目前混合碳四或抽余碳四中异丁烯分离和综合利用较先进的工艺过程。
ith concentrated Keggintype heteropoly acid (HPA) aqueous solution as catalyst,tbutanol (tBA) is synthesized by direct hydration of ibutene in combined C4(C4)and residual C4 (SBB).Both the conversion of ibutene and selectivity of tBA exceed 99.5%,with concentrated HPA aqueous solution as catalyst,under optimized reaction conditions in continuous multistage countercurrent reactor.At present this is an advanced process for the separation and comprehensive utilization of ibutene in C4 or SBB.
