摘要
提出了适合于模拟复杂精馏系统的联合算法。在这个将改进的松驰法与修正的N-R法相结合的新算法中,逐步自动选择最优的μ值大大加快了松驰法的收敛速度,同时设置一个有效的开关不等式及时地将计算过程切换到N-R方法,并且利用修正的H-S方法求解具有带外非零元素的三对角块状矩阵方程组。通过对多个非理想物系和交联塔系精馏过程的模拟计算证明联合算法是一种较好的模拟算法,通用性强、可靠性高、收敛速度快,优于当前广泛使用的方程解耦法、同时校正法等算法。
new hybrid method combining the improved relaxation method with the modified NewtonRaphson method is presented for simulating complex distillation processes involving nonideal systems and interlinked columns. In this method the relaxation factor is optimized in each iteration,so that the computational process has higher rate of convergence;a switch inequality is derived to change the distillation simulation into NR method in good time;and the modified HofelingSeader algorithm is adopted to solve the irregular tridiagonal block matrix from the complicated distillation column configurations. The hybrid method has been used to simulate many complex distillation processes,and the results indicate that it is a robust,rapid,stable and reliable method,and superior to other traditional methods.
