摘要 中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶是中性粒细胞分泌的一种重要细胞毒性分子。研究表明它能够促进肿瘤细胞增殖、扩散及转移,与肿瘤的发生、发展以及预后密切相关。粒细胞弹性蛋白酶及其拮抗剂失衡是导致肿瘤发生的重要原因。 The neutrophil elastase is an important noxious molecule secreted by neutrophils. Reserches have found that it can promote the tumor cell proliferation, spread and metustasis. It plays a significant role in cancer development, progression and prognosis. The imbalance between neutrophil elastase and neutrophil elastase inhibitor may be the cancer possible mechanisms of development.
