摘要 瘦素(leptin,LP)是由肥胖基因(obese gene,ob)编码的146个氨基酸组成的多肽激素。瘦素通过与其受体的结合,活化细胞内多条信号转导通路,在调控摄食和能量消耗,促进细胞生长、造血等方面起重要作用,同时在促进细胞增殖分化、增加细胞侵袭性、促进血管形成和调节机体免疫等方面起作用。当瘦素缺失时,会导致过度肥胖。瘦素与其受体在乳腺癌、结肠癌等多种人类肿瘤中均有异常表达,与多种肿瘤的发生发展相关。 Leptin is a 146-aa peptide homlone that is produced mainly by adipose tissue, and encoded by obese(oh) gene . Leptin activates several singal transduction pathways, can regulate ingestion and energy consumption, and enhance (:ell growth and hemopoiesis . It also can promote cell proliferation and differentiation, and enhance angiogenesis and regulate immunization. The depletion of leptin will induce over obesity. Leptin and obese gene receptor (OhR) are abnormal expression in human tumor such as breast cancer,colon carcinoma and hepatoma, indicating that leptin and ObR may be associated with tumorigenesis
