摘要 催化裂解技术以重油为原料,使用固体酸择形分子筛催化剂,直接生产低碳烯烃,特别是丙烯的新催化转化方法。该方法现已工业化,以大庆减压馏份油掺渣油为原料,在最大量生产丙烯操作条件下,丙烯的收率为22.91%。该文主要介绍CHP-1、CRP-1和CIP-13种催化裂解催化剂的特性、物化性质、原料适应性、催化裂解工艺过程、反应机理及催化裂解催化剂的工业应用情况。 eep catalytic cracking is a novel catalytic conversion process for producing propylene and butylene directly from heavy oil as feedstock.The newly developed solid acid shape selective zeolite catalysts can be used to convert vacuum gas oil,vaccum gas oil blended with residual oil or pretreated vacuum residual oil,and atmospheric residual oil in this process.When paraffinic vacuum gas oil mixed with residual oil is used as feedstock,22.91% propylene and 17.36% butylene can be obtained in the maximum propylene operation mode in the commercial production.In the case of intermediate base vacuum gas oil mixed with deasphalted oil being used as feedstock,12.52%~14.43% propylene,11.23%~11.41% butylene and about 40% naphtha with high octane number and long induction period can be obtained in the maximum propylene plus premium gasoline operation mode in the commercial production.In this paper,the characteristics,physical and chemical properties and feedstock adaptabilities of CHP1,CRP1 and CIP1 catalysts are presented,and the process description and reaction mechanism as well as the commercial application of deep catalytic cracking catalysts are discussed.
