摘要 脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid binding protein,FABP)是低分子质量胞浆蛋白超家族,脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyte fatty-acid binding protein,A-FABP/aP2)为该家族成员之一。A-FABP可逆性地结合饱和及不饱和长链脂肪酸,促进脂肪酸的代谢和转运,调控脂类生成及降解。近年来研究表明,A-FABP生物反应在脂类代谢和各种疾病中显示出重要作用,尤其与代谢综合征、动脉粥样硬化关系密切。 Fatty acid-binding proteins (FABP) belong to a family of low-molecular-weight cytoplasmic protein, and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP/aP2) is one of the members of the family. A-FABP binds saturated or unsaturated long-chain fatty acids reversiblely, facilitate trafficking and maintain metabolism equilibrium, regulate the production of lipid and lipolysis. Research in recent years shows that biological reaction of A-FABP plays an important role in lipid metabolism and various diseases. The relationship is especially close between A-FABP and metabolic syndrome,atherosclerosis.
