内校正2N牛顿-拉甫逊法与新松弛法结合用于多级多组分分离过程的计算 被引量:4

摘要 提出了将“内校正”观点引入2N牛顿-拉甫逊法的新算法,其主要特点是:①在雅可毕(Jacobian)矩阵的计算中同时考虑了温度、汽相流率和液相组成对目标函数的影响,在校正温度、汽相流率的同时,也隐含着对液相组成的校正。②ME方程系由非稳态的物料衡算式导出。③允许有多种设计变量指定方案。计算结果表明:该法兼具松弛法稳定性好和牛顿-拉甫逊法收敛速度快的优点,能同时适用于烃类物系和非理想物系的分离计算。 A new algorithm is developed by introducing the idea of 'inside correction' into the 2N Newton-Raphson method. The main characteristics of the method are: (1)the influence of temperature, vapor flow rate and liquid composition on the objective functions are considered and the liquidcomposition is corrected alone with the correction of temperature and vapor flow rate; (2)the ME equation is derived on the basis of component material balance under unsteady state; (3) several schems can be allowed to specify the design variables. The calculation results show that the method have both the stability of the Relaxation method and the rapidility of the Newton-Raphson method and can be used efficiently for the separations calculations of hydrocarbon system and non-idael mixtures.
