摘要
本文用膨润土颗粒在悬浮态下干燥的实验测试数据,对该类物料的干燥机理进行了剖析,在此基础上回归了一个半理论半经验的干燥动力学模型。通过电镜、x-射线衍射和化学分析探讨了干燥温度对物料结构性能的影响。上述工作为干燥器的设计及操作的优化奠定了基础。
With the analysis on the drying mechanism of sodium based bentonite, a semi-theoretical kinetic model is regressed by using the experimental data of drying the material in suspended state. The effect of drying temperature on the structural characteristics of the material is discussed by the means of electronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction technique and differential analysis. The work provides a fundation for designing a dryer and optimizing the operation.
