摘要
研制了用聚氨酯环氧树脂接枝共聚物 (PU/EP)改性的氯丁胶粘剂 (CR)。采用正交实验方法考察了六亚甲基二异氰酸酯 (HDI)与聚己二酸丁二醇酯 (PBA)的摩尔比 (A)。PBA的数均分子量 (B)。扩链剂 1 ,4丁二醇 (1 ,4 BD)用量 (C)。环氧树脂中的 -OH与聚氨酯预聚体中的 -NCO摩尔比 (D)对改性 CR剥离强度的影响。结果表明 ,各因素对改性 CR剥离强度的影响顺序是 :A >B>D>C,优化条件为 A2 B2 C2 D3。
The modified polychloroprene adhesive(CR) with epoxy resin grafted by polyurethane(PU) was studied. The factors, such as the mole ratio of hexamethylene diisocyanate and polybutylene adipate (PBA,A) ,thenumber average moleculoar weightof PBA( B) ,the dosage of PU chain extended agent 1 ,4butanediol( C) and the mole ratio of the isocyanate groups in the PU propolymer and hydroxyl groups in the epoxy resin( D) which affectthe stripping intensity have been examined with orthogonal experiment method.The results verified that their sequence was A >B>D >C.The optimum condition A2 B2 C3D2 has been obtained.
