摘要
20世纪30年代,何思源在乡村教育运动的影响下,对山东农村的教育现状进行了详细考察,认为农村教育中存在的主要问题是教育机会不平等和大量毕业生剩余。为了挽救民族危机,他不仅在理论上提出了发展农村教育的重要思想,而且在实践上大力发展义务教育、积极开展社会教育、努力加强职业教育,使当时山东的农村教育取得了明显成就。何思源的农村教育思想和实践对于当前的农村教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
Influenced by the rural education movement in the 1930s,He Siyuan investigated the current situation of education in the countryside of Shandong in details. He Siyuan thought that the main problems existing in the education of rural areas was the unequality of the education chance and the surplus of a large number of graduates. In order to save the national crisis,he had not only merely put forward the important thought of developing rural education in theory, but also developed compulsory education, vocational education and social education in practice in a more cost-effective manner, which led to the obvious achievement in the rural education of Shandong at that time. The thought and practice of rural education of He Siyuan have important significance on the present rural educational reform.
