摘要
为了有效改善石灰浆喷雾烟气脱硫中的浆液雾化,提高烟气脱硫效率,在引入双流体静电喷雾技术中,建立了环形电极的感应荷电的数学模型,计算了电极诱导的电位;采用目标网状法设计了雾滴荷质比Aq的测定装置,测量了不同浆液质量分数w(slurry)、气体流量Qg、液体流量Ql、荷电电压Uq下雾滴的Aq。结果表明,Aq随着Uq的增大而增加;在同一Uq下,Ql增大则Aq变小,Qg增加则Aq增大。随着w(slurry)的增大,Aq呈现下降趋势,在w(slurry)>1.0%时,Aq变化不明显。
The electrostatic two-fluid atomization effect is introduced into wet flue desulfrization, the limewater slurry is atomized efficiently and the desulfurization efficiency is improved. The electrostatic spraying characteristic of limewater slurry is the key of limewater slurry electrostatic spraying desulfurization technology. And the droplets charge characteristic is key factor to decide spraying characteristic, droplets diameter distributing, droplets movement track and spraying range. The induct charging model is founded and inducement voltage is computed. The measurement device for ratio of charge to mass is developed. The droplets ratio charge to mass is measured for the different slurry concentrations, flux and electrostatic high voltage. The results indicate that the charge to mass in creases with voltage and gas flux adding, the charge to mass decreases with the liquid flux and the slurry concentrations adding. And when the slurry concentrations is higher than 1.0%, the charge to mass changes indistinctly.
