摘要
将本研究第(Ⅰ)部分中所提出的混合规则Ⅱ,结合PR方程用于合成氨厂原料气净化工艺中氮洗塔模拟。由各二元分系统的二元交互作用参数,推算了氮洗塔中五元相平衡,并模拟了(?)海和山西化肥厂的氮洗塔工况,结果与国外设计公司推荐值符合很好。因此证实了本文提出的模型具有实用价值。
By using of the P-R EOS, the new mixing rule Ⅱ, which was proposed n the first part of this paper(Ref. Chemical Engineering(China), No. 1, 990), is applied to simulation of the liquid nitrogen scrubbing towers for pufication of the syn gas in the ammonia plants. All binary interaction parameters are determined by VLE data for the constituent binary systems. Our simulation results for the towers are in good agreement with the data recommended by design companies.In conclusion,the approch developed in this work is applicable to engineering design.
