摘要
目的探讨电切镜在孤立肾肾盂癌手术中的应用。方法在4例孤立肾肾盂癌开放肿瘤切除术中,使用经尿道前列腺电切术中的Storze30°电切镜,经肾盂行肿瘤电切除。结果4例患者随访2-5年,均无瘤生存。结论电切镜可以辅助孤立肾肾盂癌的开放保肾手术取得成功。
