摘要
维护油田企业稳定,需要油田工会加强自身建设,积极参与协调劳动关系,切实维护职工合法权益,促进劳动关系双方相互尊重、平等合作,确立职工主体地位,推动油田构建和谐劳动关系、和谐企业与和谐社会建设。
In order to keep stabilization of oilfield enterprises, trade unions should improve organizational construction, actively participate in the coordination of labor relations, protect employees＇ rights and interest, enhance mutual respect and cooperation, so as to establish harmonious labor relations, harmonious enterprises and harmonious society in oilfields.
