摘要
两大主体的职业化是劳动力市场发展的内在要求,然而,在职业经理人作为雇主代理人在现代企业改革中发挥巨大作用的同时,工会干部却在维护劳动者权益方面远未发挥其应有的作用。工会干部这种非职业化现象用管理学中多任务委托代理理论的观点来解释,是任务多元化现象导致的必然结果。而任务多元化又是由职业定位与工作定位模糊不清导致的。因此,在实践中明确工会工作的职业定位和工会干部的工作定位,是工会干部职业化的必由之路。
It is an inherent demand of labor market development that to make the two actors of labor market should be professional. However, at the mean time of professional managers play an important role of the agent employers in the reform of enterprise, trade union cadres can not give full play of the role of protecting labor rights and interests. Non - professional trade union cadre can be explained through the theory of multi - task principal agent: it is an inevitable outcome of multi - task principal agent, and caused by unclear occupation and job orientation. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the occupational and job orientation of trade union cadres in practice.
