中外企业文化对接是工会工作的新领域,推动并实现中外企业文化对接,要求工会组织充分发挥主导作用,努力营造"劳资和谐"、"劳资共赢"的局面,更好地维护员工的利益。
The connection of corporation culture of China and foreign countries is a new part of trade union work. To realize the connection of corporation culture of China and foreign countries, trade union must give full play of their leading role, establish harmonious labor relations and realize "win - win" between capital and labor and protect employees' fights and interests better.
