摘要
企业在激烈的市场竞争中能否保持优势,企业文化建设发挥着重要作用。而企业文化建设的成败与否与员工素质的高低有很大关系。在构建创新文化中,必须以提升员工素质为切入点,强化员工对企业的认同感、归宿感和使命感,进而达到员工与企业目标同向、信念共守、价值同构,实现与企业的同频共振。
Corporate culture plays an important role to keep superiority of enterprises in competaion of market. If the corpo-rate culture is successful is decided by the employees' quality mostly. Therefore, to establish corporate cuhure of innovation, we should take the improvement of employees' quality as a starting point, strengthen employees' identify with enterprise and their consciousness of mission, so as to realize the common values and goals between employees and enterprises.
