摘要
女职工劳动保护制度是防止有害职业因素对女职工生理健康产生不良影响,保护女职工能够健康持久地从事劳动生产的一项制度标准。明确工会在女职工劳动保护制度中的定位,对于充分发挥工会维护弱势群体的作用,实现建设和协调劳动关系以及构建和谐社会的目标有着重要的意义。
The system of female workers' labor protection relates to a standard that is to prevent harmful occupational factors from having a negative impact on physical health of female workers, and to make the female workers engage in working constanfly and healthily. Clearing trade unions status of the system of female workers' labor protection has an important meaning for giving full play to trade unions role of disadvantaged groups, coordinating industrial relations, and realizing a target of building a harmonious society.
