再生障碍性贫血与异常的免疫应答 被引量:1

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia)简称再障,是一组因化学、物理、生物因素及不明原因所致造血功能衰竭的综合症。按其发病原因,可分为先天性再障和获得性再障,一般所说的再障指获得性再障。当前治疗再障公认疗法是骨髓移植和以抗胸腺球蛋白(antithymocyte globulin.ATG)加环孢霉素A(cyclosporine.CsA)联合用药的免疫抑制治疗(immunosuppressive therapy,IST),并取得明显的有效率。这就是再障患者存在免疫机制异常最直接的证明,近年来试验研究成果也证明再障患者有异常的免疫应答,本文就这方面的研究进展作一综述。
