脑膜炎奈瑟菌的候选蛋白质疫苗
摘要
脑膜炎奈瑟菌是引起脑膜炎、菌血症等侵袭性疾病的重要病原菌,也可以无症状的鼻咽部带菌状态存在。分为13个血清群,但只有6个群(A,B,C,W-135,Y和X)与其致病性有关。目前应用的疫苗主要是荚膜多糖疫苗和多糖蛋白结合疫苗。两者本质上都属荚膜多糖抗原,覆盖的血清群有限,无法做到对B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌的预防,因此发展通用蛋白质疫苗势在必行。能作为候选疫苗的具有免疫原性的蛋白质需具备以下特点:在大多数菌株中都表达且结构保守;可诱生杀菌抗体或保护性抗体。
