摘要
目的通过对我校2005届和2006届毕业生择业心态的分析,探讨在就业指导工作中如何引导学生调整心态,准确定位,提高毕业生就业率。方法采用问卷调查方法进行资料收集,使用SPSS10.0软件进行数据处理。结果两届毕业生的就业情况、对理想收入的期望值方面具有显著性统计学差异,在就业单位的选择和“先就业后择业”观念的认识上无显著性统计学差异。结论学校应当做好毕业生的择业观教育,引导他们转变就业观念,调整心态,选择适合自身职业发展的就业岗位。
Objective This paper gave a thorough analysis on graduate' s state of mind on job-selecting in our medical school in the year 2005 and 2006. It aimed at guiding the students to adjust their attitudes and position themselves properly in their employment counseling process, thus boost the rate of graduate's employment. Method The authors conducted data-collecting through questionnaire and data- processing with the use of SPSS 10.0 software. Results There were differences between the two years' graduates in the following aspects: employment conditions, expected value about their ideal salaries. However, there were not distinctive differences on their selection of employment site and the understanding of "first taking up an occupation and then selecting one". Conclusions Medical schools were supposed to guide graduates to form positive state of mind on job-seiecting, instruct them to adjust their attitudes and keep up with the changing notion of employment so as to find a job suitable for their own career development.
