摘要
安徽医学高等专科学校采取市场人力资源调查，实施教学模式改革，为学生解析就业政策、提供就业信息等多种方法，使临床医学专业毕业生到乡镇卫牛院的就业率不断提高，2005年就业率为18．1％，2006年就业率为42．6％，2007年就业率为48．2％。
The paper is to explore the methods on promoting the career service to town hospitals for medical students. Various methods have been adopted that include survey of human resources, reform of teaching model, analysis of policy, providing the information on employment market and so on. The effective methods can promote the rate of employment. The rate of employment in 2005, 2006, and 2007 was 18.1%, 42.6%, 48.2% respectively.
