摘要
本研究采用心理健康症状自评量表对中国医科大学2003级五年制212名学生在一年级时进行了心理健康症状自评测试,4年之后,对其中升入五年级的204名学生再次进行了心理健康症状自评测试,对两次自评结果进行了比较分析。结果显示,与一年级时相比,五年级时学生的各项因子得分均值均明显下降且差异明显。可见,经过在校期间的思想教育、心理健康教育及心理干预,学生的心理健康水平有所提高。
In this study the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) about mental health was used to measure the mental health symptoms of the 212 five-year-program students when they were enrolled in China Medical University in 2003, and the same thing was done four years later to 204 of them. Then the results were compared and analyzed. The final result showed that the average value of the scores that the students got in all the factors when they were in the fifth grade obviously went down compared with that when they were in the first grade. There were obvious differences between the average value of the scores of all the factors. It was thus evident that after ideological education and mental health education in the university the mental health of the students had been improved to some extent.
