本文论述了案例教学方法对中医内科学课堂教学的重要意义，总结了中医内科学教学应用案例教学方法的经验；同时，针对中医内科学案例教学方法中存在的案例库资源不足、案例质量参差不齐，案例库的更新较慢，案例教学效果评价缺乏客观性三个典型问题，提出了相应的建议，其目的在于提高中医内科学教学的质量.

This article discusses the importance on ease teaching in classroom teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. The experience of case teaching is drawn on from the recent practice in classroom teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. But many problems also exist in case teaching. Among them are three typical problems including insufficient case resources, inflexibility on developing case and difficulty in evaluating the results of ease teaching objectively. To deal with them better, some probable approaches are suggested in the article.
