P-VEP在煤矿眼外伤伤情鉴定中的应用观察

P-VEP Ocular Trauma Injuries in Coal Mine Identification of Observation

目的探讨图形视觉诱发电位检查在煤矿眼外伤伤情鉴定中的应用价值及临床意义。方法对屈光间质透明的眼部钝挫伤76例(92眼)行P-VEP检查,记录P100潜伏期和振幅,与正常眼数据相比,观察与主观视力的相符情况。结果53眼表现为不同幅度的P100波潜伏期延长,振幅下降,判定为与主观视力相符;39眼表现为P100潜伏期和振幅正常,判定为伪装视力低下。结论P-VEP检查可以客观反映视觉传导通路损伤及恢复程度,可用于眼外伤后视功能的检测,对眼外伤伤情鉴定具有较高的临床价值,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To check graphic visual evoked potential（P-VEP） in coal mine eye injury in the identification of the condition and value of clinical significance. Methods The refraction of transparent inter-ocular blunt 76 cases（92 eyes） P-VEP inspection, records Pl00 latency and amplitude, compared with the normal eye data,observation and subjective vision in line with the situation. Results 53 for the performance of different rate of P100 wave extended incubation period,the amplitude fell, subjective judgement and vision for the match; 39 performance for the P100 latency and amplitude of normal, determined to camouflage poor eyesight. Conclusion P-VEP visual inspection can objectively reflect the pathway injury and recovery, can be used for eye injury after the visual function of the detection,identification of ocular trauma injuries have a high clinical value.
