翼状胬肉三联手术的临床分析

目的探讨角巩膜双裸联合干细胞植入术治疗翼状胬肉的疗法。方法将1999～2004年住院的翼状胬肉患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组分别采用翼状胬肉切除联合干细胞植入手术和翼状胬肉切除联合角膜干细胞植入,观察三组之间术后复发率,并进行统计学处理。结果术后三组间术后复发率上均有显著差异。结论角巩膜双裸联合干细胞植入术是一种行之有效的治疗翼状胬肉的手术方法。

Objective To explore the comeoscleral double-nude joint stem cell implantation therapy for the treatment of the pterygium. Methods 1999-2004 pterygium inpatients were divided into two groups, the study group and control group, the control group were used pterygium combined with stem cell implantation surgery and pterygium combined with corneal stem cell implantation, observe the three Group between the recurrence rate of statistical analysis. Results The three groups are on the recurrence rate of significant differences. Conclusion Corneoscleral double-nude joint stem cell implantation is an effective method for pterygium surgery.
