132例胆囊息肉样病变的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Poiypoid Lesions of Gallblader——132 Cases Report

目的评价胆囊息肉样病变的手术适应证及治疗效果。方法将符合手术适应证的132例患者经腹腔镜胆囊切除术或开腹手术切除胆囊,术后标本均送病理检查,并随访伴有临床症状的胆囊息肉样病变术后患者,统计分析临床资料。结果病理检查结果与文献报道资料并无显著性差异,但它仍然是评价胆囊息肉样病变的手术适应证的可靠依据;随访结果临床症状缓解情况与文献报道资料有显著性差异,是评价胆囊息肉样病变的手术适应证的另一可靠依据。结论胆囊息肉样病变的手术适应证仍需考虑区分良、恶性胆囊息肉和临床症状的情况。

Objective To assess surgical treatment adaptation and the clinical effectiveness of poiypoid lesions of gallblader. Methods All 132 cases were mainly treated by LC or by opening abdomen. Analyse the pathological examination results. Then analyse the clinical data of those cases accompanied with clinical symptoms. Results There＇s no diversity between the pathological examination results of all specimens and of the works,yet it is a dependent gist of surgical treatment adaptation to poiypoid lesions of gallblader. Another dependent gist is clinical symptoms because of the evident diversity between surgical treatment before and after treatment. Conclusion Surgical treatment adaptation to poiypoid lesions of gallblader needs to consider malignant gallblader lesions.And another one is clinical symptoms.
