硬膜外麻醉导管在急性动脉栓塞取栓术中的应用

Application of Epidural Anesthesia Catheter in Thrombectomy for Acute Arterial Embolism

目的探讨急性动脉栓塞的治疗方法。方法在Fogarty取动脉血栓导管取栓术中应用硬膜外麻醉导管溶栓治疗急性动脉栓塞16例。结果术后16例患者术肢动脉血流通畅,效果满意。结论在Fogarty取动脉血栓导管取栓术中应用硬膜外麻醉导管溶栓治疗急性动脉栓塞是一种比较有效而且经济可行的治疗方法。

Objective To probe the treatment for acute arterial embolism. Methods 16 cases with acute arterial embolism were studied in thrombectomy by Fogarty catheters and thrombolysis therapy by epidural anesthesia catheter. Results Limb artery pulse in 16 cases after thrombectomy was smooth. And a satisfied efficacy was achieved. Conclusion Application of epidural anesthesia catheter in embolectomy by Fogarty catheter for acute arterial embolism is a kind of effective and economical method.
