摘要
从培养企业精神强化职业道德、独特的企业文化是成功法宝、建立以人为主体的管理理念3个方面,具体阐述了如何用文化塑造独特的企业精神,提出了企业文化建设不能千篇一律,应该根据自己企业的特点、经营环境进行具体的设计定位。
The paper gave concrete exposition of how to shape unique enterprise spirit with culture from three aspects as following： training enterprise spirit to strengthen professional morality, unique enterprise culture is the key to success and setting up management concept with people as basis, and held that enterprise should design and locate based on itself characteristics and business environment.
