银杏叶滴丸对不同衰老小鼠肝MDA、SOD影响的研究

摘要 目的:探讨银杏叶滴丸对自然衰老小鼠和D-半乳糖水衰老模型小鼠MDA含量、SOD活性的影响。方法:设正常对照组、自然衰老对照组及干预组、D-半乳糖模型对照组及干预组,干预组给予银杏叶滴丸,对照组给予蒸馏水。取各组肝组织匀浆,按试剂盒说明测定MDA、SOD活性。结果:各组肝匀浆中MDA均低于其对照组、SOD均高于其对照组(P<0.05)。D-半乳糖干预组SOD活性、MDA含量与正常对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),其余各组均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶滴丸具有抗氧化作用,进而延缓衰老。 Objective:To discuss the impact of Ginkgo biloba pills to the natural aging mice and D-galactose water aging mice MDA content and SOD activity.Methods:The rats were divided into the normal control group, the natural aging intervention group and control group,D-galactose model intervention group and control group. Intervention groups were given Ginkgo biloba pillsand the control groups were given distilled water.MDA and SOD activities of each group liver tissue were determined by Kit.Results:In every groups,MDA was lower than the control group, SOD was higher than the control group (P〈O.OS).D-galactose intervention group SOD activity, MDA content with the normal control group,the differences were not significant (P〉0.05),the other groups were lower than the control groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba pills have antioxidant effects,and then to delay aging.
