摘要
目的:建立茵陈蒿不同花期绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Thermo SCIENIFICC18,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87),检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在9.76~48.80μg/ml与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.48%。结论:该方法准确可靠,简单易行,适用于茵陈蒿不同花期绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in different flowering periods of Artemisia capillaris Thunb.. Methods:A Thermo SCIENIFIC C18 was used with acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution(13:87)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 327 ran. Results:The calibration curve of the Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 9.76-48.80 μg/ml (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.1%,RSD=1.48%. Conclusion :The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in different flowering periods of Artemisia capillaris Thunb..
