352例异位妊娠发病的相关因素分析及预防措施

Investigation on causes of ectopic fetation and preventive in 352 patients

目的:探讨异位妊娠发病的相关因素及预防措施。方法:采取回顾性分析的方法对2000年1月～2007年12月在本院收治的352例异位妊娠的病因进行分析。结果:异位妊娠与盆腔感染、人工流产、阴道炎、盆腔手术史、宫内节育环、附件肿瘤、子宫肌瘤、吸烟史、精神因素等密切相关。结论:异位妊娠的发病与多种因素相关,要加强卫生宣传、计划生育,注意个人卫生,积极治疗妇科疾病,培养健康的生活方式。医务人员要严格掌握剖宫产手术指征,遵守无菌操作原则。

Objective：To investigate the causes of eetopic pregnancy and preventive measure. Methods：To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 352 eases of ectopie pregnancy in our hospital from Jan 2000 to Dec 2007. Results ：Ectopic pregnancy had close correlation with pelvic inflammation, artificial abortion, pelvic operation history, intrauterine contraceptive device, adnexal tumor, hysteromyoma, smoking history, psychological factors. Conclusion-Ectopie pregnancy has correlation with many factors. We need to strengthen the sanitation publicity, family planning, pay attention to personal hygiene, to treat the women disease actively, culture health life style. Medical staff should strictly control the operation indicatio, comply with principle of asepsis handling.
