冷湿敷与洗剂对湿疹皮炎红斑期的疗效对比观察

Observation therapeutic efficacy comparison cold wet compress with lotion for eczema and dermatitis patients

目的:观察比较3%硼酸溶液冷湿敷与外涂炉甘石洗剂对湿疹、接触性皮炎和自体敏感性皮炎的红斑期皮损治疗效果是否相当。方法:选择了急性湿疹、接触性皮炎和自体敏感性皮炎患者142例进行3%硼酸冷湿敷和炉甘石洗剂外涂护理的对比研究。结果:发现3%硼酸间断开放冷湿敷护理急性湿疹、接触性皮炎、自体敏感性皮炎患者红斑期皮损痊愈时间为(6.79±4.86)d,炉甘石洗剂外涂痊愈时间为(6.29±6.95)d,二者效果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对急性湿疹、接触性皮炎、自体敏感性皮炎红斑期进行3%硼酸冷湿敷和炉甘石洗剂外涂护理效果相当。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy comparison cold wet compress of 3% boracic acid solutions with spread on calamine lotion for contact dermatitis;eczema and autesensivity dermatitis, patients. Methods：142 patients with contact dermatitis,eczema or autosemstivity, dermatitis were treated with cold wet compress of 3% boracic acid solutions and/ or spread on calamine lotion.It was observed about their therapeutic efficacy. Results It was found that In the patients that were treated with cold wet compress of 3% boracic acid solutions,the time, of fully recover was （6.79±4.86） days,aslong as in the patierts that were treated with spread on calamine lotin（6.29±6.95） days.T hat was not difference statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic efficacy of cold wet compress with 3% boracic acid solutions equaled that spread on calamine lotion for contact dermatitis,eczema and autosensitivity dermatitispaints.
