埋针治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

Buried-effect of the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:比较不同针刺法对原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果。方法:将86例三叉神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,对照组43例,分别采用埋针和毫针治疗,进行疗效对比。结果:两组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),临床治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组疗效优于对照组。

Objective： To compare the different acupuncture for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： 86 patients with trigeminal neuralgia patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, with each group 43 cases, and patients of treatment group and control group were respectively buried by needle acupuncture treatment and cents, then the therapeutic effects were compared. Results： No significant efficiency in total effective rate was observed（P〉0.05）, and the clinical cure rates showed a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group.
