摘要
本文对适用于高效液相色谱及流动注射分析的各种电化学鉴定器的原理、构造与性能进行了全面综述。重点介绍了电势鉴定器与安培鉴定器。比较了各类鉴定器的优缺点,并简单讨论了它们在不同领域中的应用及发展前景。
A review of the principles, constructions and characteristics of electrochemical detectors is given, with special emphasis on the potentiometrlc and amperometrie detectors. The advantages and limitations of different detectors and their applications in HPLC and FIA are discussed briefly.
