我国柑橘鲜果滞销的原因及对策分析 被引量:18

摘要 2007年度国内柑橘鲜果市场价低量缩,柑橘滞销影响了柑橘果农的收入增长。究其原因主要是柑橘供求格局的变化、生产成本的上升、国内外贸易政策的变动、品质品牌维护不够、信息不全、渠道不畅以及突发性自然灾害所造成的。缓解柑橘滞销可以从生产供给、经营方式、加工增值、营销流通和信息服务五个方面着手进行。 China is a main country of producing citrus. The market for fresh citrus faced the problem of lower price and smaller production than before in 2007. The slow sale of citrus resulted in the slower growth of citrus farmers' income. The above problem lies in the alteration of citrus supply and demand, the increase in the cost of production, the changes in domestic and foreign trade policies, the insufficieney of maintaining brand quality, the incomplete information, the poor sales access as well as the paroxysmal natural disasters. To ease the slow sale of citrus could be conducted from the following five aspects, namely, the supply of production, management style, value-added processing, marketing and circulation as well as information service.
