摘要
本文设计了一套新型防窃电开箱记录仪系统,采用控制端授权的射频卡作为开箱钥匙,实现非接触式开锁,开锁后能自动记录开箱信息,开箱数据通过数据采集卡采集,并上传到控制中心服务器。根据防窃电开箱记录仪提供的数据,应用风险分析软件,给出各个表箱的窃电风险程度,提示相关人员采取必要保护措施,减少窃电损失。本系统已在安阳供电公司得到实际应用。
In this paper, a novel system of anti power-stealing devices is designed. The radio frequency cards which are authorized in control center are used to be keys to open the electronic lock, and in this way non-contact unlocking is realized. Information of opening the box can be recorded automatically by the data recording instruments and transmitted to the control center. By using the risk analysis software based on the data provided by the anti power-stealing device, the risk degree of the electric meter box could be shown in the screen in order to remind those personnel in charge to adopt essential protective measures, and reduce the loss of electricity stealing. The box-opening recorder has applied in the Anyang Electric power company.
