摘要
针对脉冲超宽带系统,提出一种采用峰值检测的非相关接收方法,以降低脉冲信号接收对高定时精度的要求.通过理论分析和数值仿真,计算了峰值检测方法在加性高斯白噪声信道(AWGN)和室内密集多径信道下的接收性能,在高斯信道中,峰值检测的接收性能接近于相关接收的性能;在室内密集多径信道下,与单径的相关接收性能相当.非相关接收采用峰值检测、比较判决和脉冲延展取样的方法,为减小取样速率、降低系统实现成本提供了一种可选的方案.
A receiving method adopting pulse's peak detection for IR-UWB system was proposed, which can reduce high timing precision requirement for pulse signal reception. By theoretical analyzing and analytical-numerical simulation, the receptivities of this method in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and indoor dense multi-path channels were calculated. In Gaussian channel, the receptivity of the peak detection is similar to that of coherent reception; In indoor dense multi-path channel, the receptivity of this method is similar to that of single path coherent reception. Adopting peak detection, comparison decision and impulse extension sampling, this method can be an optional scheme for lowering sample rate and system realization cost.
