摘要
建立了合成氨厂中温变换、低温变换反应器的数学模型,对变换系统进行了模拟分析,在分析生产操作特性的基础上提出了优化目标函数,并提出了具体的解决方法。文中提出了用模糊数学综合评判的方法对催化剂进行评价,建立了催化剂使用寿命预测的模型,以高变催化剂为例进行了探讨。
The mathematical models for intermediate—temperature and low temperature CO shift converters are established, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The objective function for optimization and its solving methods are given based on the analysis of the operating characteristics,The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the catalysts,and a model for predicting the age of the catalysts is presented with the high—temperature shift catalyst as an example.
