锅炉汽水系统运行参数的煤耗偏差分析 被引量:2

摘要 锅炉汽水系统给水温度变化以及过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽的温度和压力变化对机组的标准煤耗有着十分重要的影响。为此,建立了火电机组运行参数偏离目标值引起标准煤耗偏差的计算模型,并导出了锅炉汽水系统运行参数变化与标准煤耗的关系。利用该模型对某电厂1025t/h锅炉汽水系统运行参数进行实时耗差计算,计算结果精度能够满足现场监测的要求。 Temperature of feed water as well as temperature and pressue variation of superheater and reheated steam in steam- water system of the boiler all have very important effects upon standard coal consumption of the unit,for this,a model for calculating standard coal consumption deviation resulted from parameters in operation of thermal power unit deviating from the target value has been established,and the relatonship between the operation panameter in steam and water system of the boiler and the standard coal consumption being derived. By using the said model, the real - time coal consumption deviation resulted from operation parameters in steam and water system of a 1025 t/h boiler in one power plant has been calculated. The accuracy of calculated result can meet the requirments of performance monitoring in the field.
