摘要
在惰性气氛中采用固定床反应装置对合山原煤进行了热解脱硫效果试验,主要考察了热解温度、热解时间对煤中挥发分和含硫量变化的影响。研究发现:随热解温度的升高,挥发分的损失量增加,而半焦的含硫量呈先升高、后下降、再升高的变化趋势;随热解时间的延长,挥发分的损失量增加,而半焦的含硫量呈先升高、后下降并趋于稳定的变化趋势;单一的升高热解温度或者延长热解时间不利于提高脱硫效果。
A test study on effectiveness of desulfurization through coal pyrolysis of Heshan raw coal has been carried out by using a fixed bed reator system under inert atmosphere,investigating mainly the influence of pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time upon the variation of volatile matter and sulfer content in coal. It has been discovered from the study that: the loss of volatile matter is increasing along with the rise of pyrolysis temperature,however,the sulfer content in carbocoal is increasing at first,and then decreasing,and has a tendency to increase again;along with the pyrolysis time being lengthened, the loss of volatile matter has increased, but the sulfer content in carbocoal being increased at first, and then being decreased, and has a tendency of stabilization in variation. Only enhancing the pyrolysis temperature or lengthening the pyrolysis time is unfavourable to improve the effectiveness of desulfurization.
