摘要
通过爆口宏观检查、几何尺寸测量、化学成分分析、拉伸性能试验、金相检验、能谱分析等对亚临界300MW机组锅炉水冷壁内螺纹管爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明,水冷壁爆管是由于氢损伤所致。
Through macroscopic insepection of burst mouth, measurement of geometric size, analysis of chemical components, tensile strength test, metallographic examination, and energy spectrum analysis etc. , the causes leading to burst of rifled tubes on the waterwall in boilers for subcritical 300 MW unit have been tested and analysed. Results of test show that the tube - burst is due to hydrogen damage.
