汽轮机高中压转子轴承油碳化摩擦振动分析 被引量:16

摘要 分析3种机型的4台汽轮机运行中高、中压转子出现的间断性振动现象,认为其主要原因为汽轮机高、中压转子轴承油挡处润滑油碳化物积聚,并与转轴发生碰磨而产生摩擦振动,即所谓的油碳化摩擦振动。当磨掉高出油挡齿部分的碳化物使转轴脱离碰磨后,转子振动逐步恢复正常,而产生新的碳化物积聚到一定程度,转子又开始出现摩擦振动,过一段时间转子振动又趋于正常,周而复始形成循环。这种异常振动现象易于出现在高中压分缸的大型汽轮发电机组高、中压转子轴承上。 Based on intermittent vibration phenomenon occurred on high - and medium - pressure rotors in operation of four steam turbines for three kinds,it is believed from analysis that the main cause is accumulation of lubricating oil's carbides at the bearing oil retainer of high- and medium- pressure rotors in steam turbines,impacting and rubbing with the rotor shaft to produce rubbing vibration, being simply called as rubbing vibration due to oil carbonization. In the event the carbides from abrassed part of teeth higher than the oil retainer making the rotary shaft to lose contact with impact- rubbing, the vibration of rotor returns gradually to normal,and then producing newly accumulated carbides to a certain degree,the rotor starts again to occur rubbing vibration. After a certain time, the rotor vibration returns again to normal,thus going around and begining again,cycles are formulated. This abnormal phenomenon is easy to occur on bearings of high- and medium - pressure rotors in large - capacity turbo - generator set with separated high - and medium - pressure cyclinders.
