摘要 选用两个硅酮结构密封胶厂家生产的单、双组分共四个样品,以铝型材和硅酮结构密封胶的180°剥离破坏面积和剥离粘结强度为评估性能指标,分别考察了在55℃、90℃热水及光-热-水(40℃)三种环境下,硅酮结构密封胶的粘结性能受老化条件的影响。通过对比三种老化条件下样品的性能,得出了一些结论,为进一步研究建筑幕墙的耐久性、安全性问题提供一定的技术依据。 Four samples of two structural silicone sealants companies including single and double component are selected. By testing 180° peel destruction area and peel adhesive intensity of aluminum profile and structural silicone sealants as appraisal performance index, the following aspects are discussed that have influence on the adhesive ability with ageing time in three kind of conditions separately, 55℃ water, 90℃ water, and light - heat - water at 40℃. Some conclusions are obtained which maybe provide certain technical basis for building curtain wall on durability and security by contrasting the properties of the samples on three kind of aged conditions.
