六味安消胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

To Investigated the Efficacy of Treating Chronic Functional Constipation with Liuweianxiao Capsule and Mosapride Citrate Tablets

目的:了解六味安消胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效。方法:120例病人随机分为3组,A组联合应用六味安消胶囊与莫沙必利,对照组B组单用莫沙必利,C组单用六味安消胶囊,疗程均为2周,观察疗效。结果:治疗2周后,3组总有效率分别为99.9%,54.4%,82.2%,治疗组与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:六味安消胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效满意,不良反应少,是治疗功能性便秘的较好方案。

Objective： To find out the efficacy of treating functional constipation with liuweianxiao capsule and mosapride citrate tablets. Methods ：120 patients were divided into three groups randomly. The patients of A group were given liuweianxiao capsule and mosapride citrate tablets, but the patients of B group were only given mosapride citrate tablets and the patients of Cgroup were only given liuweianxiao capsule. The course of treatment lasted for two weeks respectively. Results： After two weeks treatment, the total efficiency of three groups were respectively 99.9 96,54.4 96,82.2 96 . There were obvious difference between experimental group and control groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The effects is satisfied with liuweianxiao capsule and mosapride citrate tablets in treating functional constipation. It is a good method and less side effect .
