优质两系油菜云油杂3号的选育

Breeding of rapeseed hybrid(Brassica napus L.) Yunyouza No.3

云油杂3号是利用甘蓝型稳定核不育两用系99F114AB与恢复系95F188杂交筛选出的优势组合,表现出杂交优势强,植株繁茂,根系发达,早熟,适应性广,高产稳产。芥酸含量0.31%,硫甙含量23.44μmol/g,含油量44.79%。2002年至2004年云南省秋播油菜区域中平均单产3189.6 kg/hm2,比对照品种花油3号增产15.34%。2006年通过了云南省农作物品种审定委员会的审定,定名为云油杂3号。

Yunyouza No. 3, a new recessive genie male sterile two-line hybrid, was bred through sterile line 99F114AB crossed recovering line 95F188. The cultivar showed great hybridization superiority,and the plant was luxuriant,and the root system developed flourish. The cultivar possessed the characteristics of high-yield, stable yield, early maturity, and extensive adaptability. Yunyouza No. 3 possessed good quality with oil content of 44.79 % and both low emcic content （0.31% ） and low glucosinolate content （23.44 μmol/g）. It showed that the yield of 3189.6 kg/hm^2 ,which outyielded the control Huayou No. 3 by 15.34 % in autumn sowing Regional Test of Yunnan during 2002 -2004. It was approved and released by Yunnan Province Crop Variety Approval Committee.
