钼对紫花苜蓿草产量及矿质元素含量和吸收量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用叶面喷施的方法,研究不同钼水平对紫花苜蓿草产量及矿质元素含量和吸收量的影响。结果表明:喷施钼肥能提高紫花苜蓿草产量,适量则效果显著,以施钼400 mg.kg-1(Mo2处理)效果最好,草产量比CK提高562.79 kg.hm-2;喷施钼肥显著提高了紫花苜蓿锌、钼的含量和吸收量,降低了钙、硒的含量和吸收量,但未能显著影响钴的含量和吸收量,且喷施钼肥也未显著影响紫花苜蓿铜的含量,但提高了吸收量,适量则效果显著,喷施钼肥也促进了紫花苜蓿硼、铁、锰、磷含量和吸收量的增加,适量则效果显著;且紫花苜蓿钼、硼含量与施钼量呈正相关,钴、锰、锌、铜、磷含量与施钼量呈负相关,其吸收量均随施钼量增加呈先升后降趋势,而钙、铁、硒含量和吸收量均与施钼量呈负相关。 Adopting the method of spraying leaf' surface, the experiments was conducted to investigate the effect of Mo on berbage yield and quality of alfalfa. The results showed that the appropriate spraying Mo could remarkably (P 〈 O. 05 ) increase the herbage yield of alfalfa. Among the 3 doses,the 400 Mo mg · kg^-1 ( Mo2 )was the most effective,the herbage yield compared with CK increased 562.79 kg · hm ^-2 ; and spraying Mo could remarkably (P 〈 0.05 ) increase the content and absorbing quantity of Mo and Zn of Alfalfa, and reduce Ca and Se' s content and absorbing quantity, but there was not significant impact on the content and absorbing quantity of Co of alfalfa, and there was also not significant impact on the content of Cu of Alfalfa, but increase the absorbing quantity, and the effect was more remarkably ( P 〈 0. 05 ) after appropriate spraying Mo. and that spraying Mo could increase the content and absorbing quantity of B, Fe, Mn, P, and the effect was more remarkably ( P 〈 0.05 ) after appropriate spraying Mo. Moreover Mo, B' s content of Alfalfa increased with the increasing application of Mo fertilizer, Co, Mn, Zn, Cu, P' s content decreased with the increasing application of Mo fertilizer, their absorbing quantity increased first and then decreased with the increasing application of Mo fertilizer. And Ca, Fe, Se' s content and absorbing quantity decreased with the increasing application of Mo fertilizer.
