摘要
通过探讨活性炭在椰子胚培养过程中对椰子胚褐变以及生长发育的影响,结果表明活性炭有明显抑制褐化的作用,活性炭浓度过高或过低均不利于椰子成熟胚的萌发和生长,最适合诱导椰子胚的最佳活性炭浓度应该为2~3g/L。
The functions of active carbon ,which could enhance the emergent seedling rate and increase rhizogenesis rate in coconut embryo culture had been proved in this paper based on the experimental results of active carbon used in the mature embryo culture of coconut. The results showed the best concentration of active carbon in the medium was between 2g/L to 3g/L.
