胎衣不下奶牛血清离子水平与机体氧化应激关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 从氧化应激的角度深入探讨了胎衣不下的发病机理。分别对胎衣不下(RFM)的奶牛(n=20)和胎衣正常排出的奶牛(n=20)各随机选择5头,通过原子吸收光谱法测量两组牛分娩时和分娩后12 h的血清中8种金属元素K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn的含量,同时用722可见分光光度计对两组牛分娩时血清中的抗氧化指标进行了检测。实验结果表明,RFM组的Mn、Zn和Cu含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),RFM组血清Ca和Mg也显著低于胎衣正常排出组(P<0.05);但是RFM组Fe血清含量要极显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.01);RFM奶牛血清中抗氧化酶Zn-SOD、Cu-SOD及总SOD和GSH-Px的活性显著低于正常组(P<0.01),而MDA与OH.的含量显著高于正常组。这些数据表明胎衣不下奶牛的血清金属离子水平和抗氧化指标存在相关性。 The aim in this study was to analyze the correlation between the level of trace element and oxidative stress in dairy cows with retained placenta(RFM). The serum levels of eight trace-element( K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu,Fe,Zu and Mn )in normal cows( n = 5 )and cows with RFM ( n = 5 ) were measured. The anti-oxidative indexes in the serum of the cow with and without RFM were also determined. The result indicated that the concentrations of Zn,Cu and Mn decreased significantly compared with thai in the serum in normal cows( P 〈0.01 ) ,and the concentrations of Ca and Mg also decreased significantly compared with that in the serum in normal cows( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; but the concentration of Fe was significantly higher than that in the serum in normal cows (P 〈 0.01 ). The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in cows with RFM were significantly lower than that in normal cows( P 〈 0.01 ) and the levels of MDA and OH · of RFM were significantly higher than that in normal cows. It was concluded that there was correlation between concentrations of several trace elements and oxidative stress in dairy cows with RFM.
