摘要
为提高热效率,大容量火力发电设备通常采用再热器。从火用分析法出发,对再热器喷水调节汽温的经济性进行了分析。结果表明,再热器喷水后,由于锅炉煤耗和通过水泵的工质流量的增加,导致系统的火用效率下降。建议在运行中应尽量控制再热器喷水量,尽可能采用烟气侧调节方法来调节汽温。
In order to improve heat efficiency, reheaters are often adopted in large-scale fossil fuel power station. Economical analysis on steam temperature control by water spraying in reheater was made by using Exergy Method. The results indicate that when water spraying is adopted in reheater, the exergy efficiency of the whole system will decrease due to the increase of boiler coal consumption and water flow rate through the pump. It is suggested that water spraying in reheater should be used as rarely as possible during operation, and control method from gas side should be adopted.
